Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing b4help.com or engaging b4Help ("Company," "we," "us") for IT consulting, CRM implementation, or AI services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

2. Payment & Milestone Policy

Over $1,000 Rule: Any invoice or project exceeding $1,000.00 is subject to our 25/50/25 milestone schedule:

25% Deposit: Non-refundable, due upon approval to begin work.
50% Progress: Due upon delivery of initial review drafts/mockups.
25% Final: Due upon final sign-off, prior to launch/handover.

One-time services under $1,000.00 are due in full upon receipt. Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month per Massachusetts law.

3. AI Service Disclaimer

For clients utilizing our AI Chat Bot services: AI responses are probabilistic and based on training data. While we strive for 100% accuracy, b4Help does not warrant that AI-generated content will be error-free or free from bias. Clients are responsible for final oversight of customer-facing AI interactions.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full and final payment, b4Help grants the Client a non-exclusive license to use the Work Product (Websites, CRM configurations, etc.) for its intended business purpose. b4Help retains ownership of its proprietary methodologies, pre-existing code, and underlying AI training frameworks.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Massachusetts law, b4Help shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profit) arising from system downtime, third-party platform failures (Stripe, HubSpot, OpenAI), or cyber-security incidents beyond our reasonable control.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in [Your County], MA.
